Excellent burger! Pretty good fries. I got the bacon cheeseburger. It was very tasty!

If you like dark, smelly dive bars then this is your ideal location. We stopped here when visiting family and the local cemetery. It was close and surprisingly cheap! 6 of us ate dinner and drank cheap wine and beer for $55.
The burgers were oily and upset my stomach for the next day. My cousins liked the food but me not so much. I've been here twice in my life. On this day and one other time with my Mother. Apparently, Mims has been around for generations and Mom wanted to check it out.
I would never go here by myself or turn on the lights. It is super dark and not so clean. Although it could be worse. Locals enjoying going here for a beer after work or to hang with friends.
The food is not of good quality, it's cheap Costco chips, buns and poor quality beef. One doesn't go here for the nourishment of the body but comradery of spirit. -

My buddy and I ate here for lunch after a morning of fishing. The lady behind the bar was absolutely amazing and the burger/fries surprised me. This is easily a top 3 burger in Utah for me next to Warren's Craft burger(Ogden) and Lucky 13(SLC). This is our new fishing lunch spot.

We stopped here for a burger on our way through Salt Lake (rush hour miss attempt)
I can honestly say I've had a better dive burger, and honestly say I've had a worse restaurant burger. I'm not sure if I could say I've had a CHEAPER average burger. Under 10 bucks for a beer and a burger can't be beat.
I went in expecting a dive bar, but this looks WAY worse on the inside then the out. As skeevy as this place appears it was however very clean. (Bathroom and clean kitchen) and both the people and staff were extremely friendly.
Overall a good stop.
Be warned they are an all cash place.
